Pricing questions
What does “unlimited contacts” mean?
There is no cap on how many customers you store or talk to. Contacts live on your own computer, so your plan never limits your address book.
What counts as a message?
Every message your workspace sends or receives on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or SMS. Starter includes up to 100,000 messages a month — far more than most small teams use. Growth includes 300,000. If you regularly go beyond your plan, we’ll talk to you first — there are no surprise charges.
What’s the difference between Starter and Growth?
Both plans include every feature. Growth adds more room — 5 team members, up to 3 WhatsApp numbers and 3 Facebook Pages, 300,000 messages a month — plus priority support and a guided onboarding call.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move between Starter and Growth any time; the change applies from your next billing month.

Do I pay Meta separately?
Yes. WhatsApp template messages, service messages beyond Meta’s monthly free allowance and some business-initiated calls are charged by Meta under its own pricing, billed to your Meta business account. Twilio and Telnyx bill their usage directly too.
Where is my data stored?
On your own computer, encrypted. We never keep an archive of your conversations — new messages pass through our relay and are deleted as soon as your app has them.
When can I download the app?
The desktop app is coming soon for macOS, Windows and Linux. Request early access and we’ll send your download link as soon as your seat is ready.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel, disconnect your channels and your data stays on your computer until you delete it.
