Questions, answered

Is my customer data stored in your cloud?

No. Conversations, media, call logs and recordings are stored encrypted on your own computer. New messages pass through our relay and are deleted as soon as your app receives them.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

Yes — ThreadWave uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform, connected through Meta’s sign-up flow. With coexistence you can keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone too.

What does it cost?

Two plans, both with every feature and unlimited contacts: Starter at $99/month for 2 team members, and Growth at $199/month for 5 team members, more numbers and priority support. Meta, Twilio and Telnyx bill their own usage directly.

When can I download it?

The desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux is coming soon. Request early access and we’ll send your link as soon as your seat is ready.
